The terms "We" / "Us" / "Our"/"Company" individually and collectively refer to Global Education Solutions India Pvt Ltd .and the terms "You" /"Your" / "Yourself" refer to the users.

This product is designed for students in class 8-12. But we have 2 different categories of users.

B2C : Students and their parents/guardians
To subscribe to and use this product, users are required to provide relevant information for the registration process namely: - a) Name b)Institution name c) designation b) email c) mobile d) contact address e) credit card or debit card details
We treat user's information as confidential, use and disclose it in accordance with this policy and only to parties as authorised by the user. However, content is not regarded as confidential information if such content becomes public (other than through breach of this policy by GES) was lawfully known to GES before receiving it from the user, is received by GES from a third party without knowledge of breach of any obligation owed to the user or was independently developed by GES without reference to the user's data.
Such information will not be considered as sensitive if it is freely available and accessible in the public domain or is furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force.
USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for any and all activities that occur under their accounts. Users shall: (i) maintain the confidentiality of their names and passwords; (ii) notify GES immediately of any unauthorized use of any password or account or any other known or suspected breach of security; (iii) use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national and international laws, regulations, and conventions, as well as with the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and (iv) not impersonate another user or provide false identity information to gain access to or use this website (v) not attempt to change any fields that are not intended for User modification. Any attempt by User to view or manipulate the records of another User or this website will be deemed a material breach and, in addition to exercising its termination rights under this Agreement, GES may, in its discretion, inform any relevant authorities.

We do not collect information without the consent of the person. For users below age of 18, consent should be provided by a parent or a guardian.
